There are a few things that have to occur in order to print the packing slip in QuickBooks Point of Sale v19.

It can only be done from a receipt.

The customer name must be on the receipt.

As you complete the receipt, choose Ship Items. This brings the shipping information box for that customer.

Click OK, and there will be a new area with the shipping info in white, and an Options button.

Clicking on the options button will give the option to Print Packing Slip.
