Why is this happening
The WSActivity.xml file is damaged or empty.
Detailed Instructions
To resolve this issue:

1. Search for WSActivity.xml and rename it to OLDWSActivity.xml.
2. Close Point of Sale and then open Point of Sale. This process will generate a new WSActivity.xml file and the error will no longer occur.
