Point of Sale Message: 201120 Problem: A problem occurred while trying to connect

 

What is happening
When attempting to enable the Web Store in Point of Sale, the following message is returned:

Point of Sale Message: 201120 Problem: A problem occurred while trying to connect. Solution: Please contact support.

Why is this happening

This message will be returned if the web store is already enabled on another Point of Sale installation. The Web Store can only be enabled on one system at a time.
