There is an error in XML document (0, 0) when opening Point of Sale.
Why is this happening
There are two possible causes for this message:
* The SessionData.xml file is damaged.
* The contents of the Entitlement Client folder may be damaged.
How do I fix this?
To resolve this issue:
1. Rename the SessionData.xml file.
2. Close all windows, restart your computer and open Point of Sale.
If the issues persists, rename the Intuit Entitlement Folder and run a repair installation of Point of Sale:
Note: Renaming will result in having to re-register Point of Sale and possibly other Intuit applications. Before performing this procedure, have your Point of Sale installation CD available.
