 Many customers are seeing something on Win 7 with Internet Explorer 9.

 When they download files with a .exe extension, Internet Explorer is changing the file name to _exe, so the file will not execute.

 One quick fix is to right click the file and rename it. Remove the _ and replace it with a period (.).

 Another is to check a setting in Internet Explorer.

 Go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and look to see if there is a checkmark in Do not save encrypted pages to disk

 Try setting this to OFF by removing the checkmark.

Close and reopen IE and try your download again.
