Point of Sale: A purchase order, receiving voucher, sales or work order starts flickering or freezes

Why is this happening?

This is typically caused by running the program at a screen resolution that is not recommeded.

The recommended screen resolution is 1024×768.

How to fix it

Close Point of Sale and reboot your computer.
After rebooting, right-click anywhere on the desktop and select Screen Resolution.
In the resolution drop-down menu, make sure a resolution of at least the required 1024×768 is selected and click OK.
Open Point of Sale. If the issue persists, try solution 2

Close Point of Sale and reboot your computer.
After rebooting, right-click the Point of Sale icon on your desktop and choose Troubleshoot compatibility.
Select Try recommendation settings and follow the instructions.
When finished, open Point of Sale.
