Error 190500: Account configuration required…Call ShowWizard or set ShowLogin to TRUE

When using Shipping Manager, you see the following message:

How to fix it

1. Delete damaged files in the Shipping Manager folder:
1. Right-click the Windows Logo button (Windows XP: Start button) and choose Open Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate in the left window to the location: C:Program FilesCommon FilesIntuitShippingManager. To navigate, click the arrow symbol next to each folder listed.

3. In the right window, right-click each file and choose Delete. Confirm each deletion until the folder is empty.
2. Turn off the Shipping Manager preference:
1. In Point of Sale, choose File > Preferences > Company.
2. Under Sales, select Shipping.
3. Click to clear the Use QuickBooks Shipping Manager checkbox. Click Save.
3. Close and reopen Point of Sale.
4. Turn the Shipping Manager preference back on:
1. In Point of Sale, choose File > Preferences > Company.
2. Under Sales, select Shipping.
3. Select the Use QuickBooks Shipping Manager checkbox. Click Save.
5. Try using Shipping Manager again. The issue should be resolved.
