When you try to print tags, you see this error message:

How to fix it

Solution: Repair Point of Sale

Note: You may be asked for your Point of Sale CD during the repair process.
Windows 7

1. Close Point of Sale.
2. Click the Windows Logo button and click Control Panel.
3. Click Programs and Features.
4. Select your version of Point of Sale and click Uninstall/Change.
5. Click Next on the first InstallShield Wizard window and then be sure that Install is selected.
6. Click Install and, if prompted, insert your Point of Sale installation CD.
7. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the repair process.
8. When the repair process completes, open Point of Sale.

Windows Vista

1. Close Point of Sale.
2. Click the Windows Logo button, and click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Programs and Features.
4. Select your version of Point of Sale and click Uninstall/Change.

3. in the Open field, Enter control and click OK.
4. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
5. Select your version of Point of Sale and click Change.
6. Click Next on the first InstallShield Wizard window, and then be sure that Install is selected.
7. Click Install and, if prompted, insert your Point of Sale installation CD.
8. When the repair process completes, open Point of Sale.
