In QuickBooks Point of Sale v11 (2013), once a voucher is saved, the option to print tags is greyed out. Once it is greyed, there is not a capability to go back into the voucher and print the tags for the items on it.
There is a work-around.
Go to the Receiving History, and click once on the voucher to highlight it.
The go to the I Want To button, and select Copy.
This will bring a new active copy of the voucher with the same items and quantities on the screen.
From here, go to the I Want To button again and Print Tags is now available.
You can choose All Items, and Document Quantities, and it will print the tags for the items.
Once they have printed, Cancel the voucher and choose ok to Discard Changes.
