These are the changes made in the r-4 update:


Sales, Purchasing and Items

  • Improved messaging for reversing receipts that have been sent to QuickBooks
  • Corrected messaging about backorder items
  • Issue corrected with spreading freight among items on a voucher
  • An issue with the Insufficient Quantity messaging referencing the wrong item has been corrected.
  • An issue with accessing physical inventory after changing between stores has been resolved.
  • An issue with receiving an Unexpected error while editing customer info on sales receipt after printing Customer ID had been resolved

Mobile Sync

  • Help content for GoPayment Basic is now displayed.
  • Department/Category sync

Import/Export Data

  • Can no longer import Department Names and Codes over the allowed character limit.


  • Restarting POS will no longer be required after switching between merchant accounts.
  • An issue with cash back when using the same debit card in one day has been resolved.
  • An issue with an incorrect time showing up when reconciling POS credit and debit transactions in QuickBooks has been resolved.
  • An issue with all debit card transactions being grouped togteher after sending them from POS to QuickBooks has been resolved.
  • An issue with using multiple merchant numbers within POS for different data files has been resolved.
  • An issue with customer names not showing up on charges in the MSC has been resolved.
  • New messaging added to prompt closing POS after processing voice authorization transactions so they will batch out.
  • Receipt tendering updated to reflect the Discover Network which now includes Diners and JCB.
  • An issue with how transactions are charging after outages has been resolved

MultiStore Functionality

  • Assemblies built at the Remote store now displays the correct Remote Store On-hand Quantity.


  • When scrolling through the Customer List, the correct current customer reward is updated.
  • Will no longer give an error when adding new customers on different workstations at the same time.
  • Will no longer give an in-product error when emailing a Customer Order.


  • Improved performance when working with larger inventory data.


  • Security check for associate level when editing items is now working as designed.



The r-5 update :


This fixes a permissions issue surrounding the Manager level permissions that occurred in r-4.
