Today, Intuit announced that the QuickBase application will no longer support Internet Explorer 7 as of tomorrow.
Intuit is the company that makes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Enterprise, TurboTax, QuickBooks Point of Sale, Quicken, and several other software programs.
This is not an uncommon occurance. As software advances are incorporated, then compatability with older software becomes more and more unreliable, and the compatability programming becomes either impossible, or far too expensive.
If you have not already moved to a later, stable version of Internet Explorer, now would be a good time. Otherwise, you may want to use a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome to access QuickBase.
