When attempting to print a receipt regardless of printer, the following message is returned:

Library not registered.

Why this is happening?
This error may result from a damaged Point of Sale installation.

How to fix it
To resolve this issue:

1. Back up your company file.
2. Reinstall Point of Sale.
3. Open Point of Sale and restore your backup file.
4. Print your document(s).
