As a part of the R-6 update, there is a known issue in that, under certain circumstances, you may need to do a Manual File Sync to get certain applications or capabilities to work.
- This primarily effects QuickBooks email, Accountants Copy File Transfer, or Advanced Inventory.
If you should run into difficulties with these areas please perform a manual sync.
You can double click the Sync Manager Icon from your task bar and click the button for Sync Now
