When POS and QuickBooks are connected, and you have been using QuickBooks for your sales, you can import all or some of your items.
Let’s say you only want to import some.
In POS, go to Financial, Financial Center, Show Advanced Options.
Once the next window opens, we click Import Items Now.
On the next screen, click Next.
On the following screen select the option for Yes, for import selected items.
Then click Import Now. The next screen will allow you to place checkmarks on the items you wish to import.
