One feature that can help you rapidly setup your users, is Roles.
Quickbooks Enterprise now has sets of pre-defined roles that a user can be assigned to. In the past, as we setup a user, we went through a tedious process of assigning that users rights. Everything was selected on an individual basis. When you have over well over 100 settings to assign, this could be a time consuming process.
Now, with pre-defined roles, you can rapidly setup the user, and assign a role to them.
You can also take an existing role, duplicate it, then make modifications to have your own designated role to choose from.
To access this feature, go to Company, Users, Setup Users and Roles. This will bring the users list.
Then Click on the Roles tab:
This is a quick way to setup the users.
