The instructions field is missing from my Sales Order in QuickBooks POS 10.0

When making a Sales Order, or Work Order, those that have used QuickBooks Point of Sale in the past have been noting that the Instructions field normally located at the bottom of the form may be missing.

This can occur when the touch screen features have been activated in the program. In order to show these fields, you must turn off the touch screen features. Go to File> Preferences> Workstation. From there, select Touch Screen on the left, then remove the check mark from the box.

Intuit has been made aware of this, and we are hoping this is resolved in a future update.
